Your appointments are very important to Nuusiku Spa & Reiki. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to $50 service fee charged. Thank you understanding.
All Palo sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit. Thank you.
